Man Orchids in their thousands and the lovely Lace Border moth at Darland Bank

Thousands of Man orchids were blooming at Darland bank in Kent, yesterday, seen above with Pyramidal orchids.

A Common Blue butterfly above, and a very early Marbled White were flying.
The Lace Border moth is found on the North Downs in Kent and Surrey and is lovely to see.
It is not found in Sussex and Hampshire, which is is another good reason to spend some time in Kent at this time of year.
